Leon J. Owens

Mr. Owens founded MARS, Inc. in 1978, which focused on real estate development and finance. He developed over 750 residential units as well as commercial and industrial properties in Southern California and Arizona. Specific responsibilities included land acquisition, development entitlement, market identification and product development, construction budgets and bid selection, financing, marketing, sales and lease-up. Gwen C. Quinton

Gwen has a background in Real Estate sales, has worked as a Chief Operating Officer for Real Estate Holdings and Restaurants, a Real Estate Paralegal, Accounting Manager and Audit Liason.

She offers back office support services including extremely proficient computer work in Excel, Microsoft Publications, Quickbooks Pro and associated software. She has experience in the preparation of spreadsheets, pleadings, general accounting and bookkeeping. Gwen has acted as a senior real estate loan officer for residential home loans.

Gwen is tenacious, a quick study, and has the ability to write and communicate effectively as well as motivate others. With her Real Estate, Legal and Business background, she is an important member of the MARS team.

Bernie Bishop

For thirty-five years, Bernie Bishop has been involved with commercial auctions, appraisals and business liquidation with a unique specialty in machinery, equipment and tooling auctions.

He has contracted and associated with major auction companies internationally and across the United States. Auctions have been conducted on-site in Canada, Brazil, England, Wales and across the USA.

Bernie is our top choice when business liquidation is inevitable.
